2 – Content Change – Over the life of a YouTube channel the content will change and evolve and people might choose to subscribe or unsubscribe due to that change.
3 – Audience Change – Over time youtube subscribers grow up and this may mean they no longer watch your videos as they dont help them anymore. Or they grow up and your content is more what they want to watch and subscribe.

My main channel got 10000 Subscribers on YouTube in March 2017 so im share how to get 10000 subscribers and other youtube tips and tricks i’ve learned in the journey. Hopefully these tips will help you get your first 10000 youtube subscribers.
Basic YouTube Equipment Setup Tutorial 2017 – Everyone always asks me about my YouTube Setup and suggested YouTube equipment and YouTube vlogging setups. You don’t have to break the bank to make videos on YouTube. YouTube Equipment and Video Setups can be cost effective and simple.
Basic YouTube Setup in 2017 do not need to be all flashy. A good webcam and a decent microphone is all you need. I started vlogging with a £15 webcam and used that to double for my audio. Overtime I have slowly upgraded my YouTube Equipment Setup by adding a new webcam, a youtube makeup ring light and some other lights BUT its not all needed.
As long as people can hear and see your videos ok then it doesnt matter where you are! You do not need a DSLR to start making videos from day 1.

VIDEO TITLE
Using Video SEO you need to make sure your title includes the keyword(s) you are looking to rank for. For example this video I have optimised for “Video SEO” and so the keywords are at the front of the video title.
VIDEO DESCRIPTION
In Video SEO the description can be one of the most powerful part to help your video rank higher. You are allowed up to 5000 characters in a YouTube Video SEO description. This is very important metadata that YouTube indexes to help understand what the video is about. Make sure to use the keyword you are wishing to rank for as well as relevant and related keywords. This helps YouTube and Google decide how you should rank and what your video is about.
VIDEO TAGS
Video SEO Tags are the baseline for everything previously mentioned. If you distil your Video Title and Video Description into Tags then it ties it all together into a well optimised package. Make sure you use the keywords from the title, the keywords from the description as well as category based tags. Hub Content, Help Content and Hero Content Videos are the 3 Type Of Content YOUR Channel Needs To Grow. Hub content is focused on you channels core audience for example daily vlogs, regular news or vlogs. Help Content are YouTube Videos designed to teach viewers something, a list, a lesson or a tutorial. Hero Content is when you go for the big flagship video that takes you the longest to edit, has the highest budget and is seen as the special event. Mixing these 3 types of content will help give your channel the structure it needs to grow and attract audiences outside your community, while engaging your existing subscribers.
Evergreen videos or evergreen content vs Topical trending videos, viral trends and pop culture videos. Evergreen videos aim to plant the seed for slower but long term growth while topical trending viral topic videos aim to ride the wave and gain rapid growth but does not guarantee a long life span.
WHAT IS EVERGREEN CONTENT? – Evergreen content is content that is always relevant—much like the way evergreen trees retain their leaves all year around. Interesting and relevant content that does not become dated is necessary in order to be found online by search engines.
WHAT IS TOPICAL CONTENT? – Topical content is timely, relevant content that relates to something current. The obvious advantages to this type of content are that it’s of-the-moment and usually, highly searchable. While topical content is great for achieving a temporary spike in traffic, it tends to have a fleeting appeal.

1 – Ignore Them – They are only looking for a reaction or attention. They dont know who you are or how hard you’ve worked so their opinion doesn’t matter
