1 – Make It Easy For Them To Subscribe – You need to add links in your videos descriptions, on your youtube channel page, on yor social media and anywhere people find you. The easy they can find your link the more likely they are to join find your channel and watch your videos in the long run.
2 – Give Them A Real Reason To Subscribe – This is the value proposition. You need to tell them why they should watch you, how you can and will help them and why YOU are worth their 5-7minutes of their time rather than someone else making the same content as you.
3 – REMIND THEM – If they are already watching your videos then they are already interested in your content, maybe you should remind them to subscribe! I use a little pop up animation in the middle of my videos that act as a small reminder to click the subscribe button and this helps build a very engaged audience that loves your videos.
4 – Grab them before they leave! If they have watched all the way through your video, try and convert them into a permanent viewer by adding a subscribe link to your end screens. This is a great way to funnel them into another one of your videos or hook them into your channel for the future.
5 – Watermark – The little icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your videos. This is a constant reminder to subscribe to your channel but it also works when your video in embedded on other sites like Facebook, Linked or even blogs. Make sure it stands out and people will be more likely to click on it.

1 – Get Subscribers by knowing what GAVE you subs in 2019 – Look back at your channel and your analytics. If you click on your subscriber stats you will be able to see what videos got you your subs in 2018. Take this information and see what videos you can remake, update or make sequels to.
2 – Grow on YouTube and get Subscribers with Collaborations – Collabs are a great way to build friendships on and a great way to grow your reach and subscribers. When you collaborated with another YouTuber you get the chance to introduce yourself to a whole me group of viewers that might then pop over to see your channel.
3 – Get Subs with How To’s, Tutorials and a Long Term Plan – If you plan for the future and make evergreen content that will always be searched you will slowly build an organic swell of traffic. If you make videos answering all the common questions of your niche you will slowly rank better in the search rankings and attract ongoing views, build trust and loyalty and get 1000 subscribers in 2019.

There is normally a pattern on what type of videos give you views and what YouTube videos get your more subscribers. Now you know what they want to subscribe to, make more of those videos. NICHE down into that type of content to establish a channel theme.
3 — WHERE ARE THE VIEWS COMING FROM? — Dive into your analytics and try and see where you get your views from. Is it a certain playlist, a website or some search terms. Try and make a video that you know from point #2 it more likely to convert subscribers and make it about the thing that gets you views.
4 — STAND OUT, INJECT MORE OF YOURSELF INTO THE VIDEOS — Personality is what makes everyone unique on YouTube.
